Hi there,
Thanks to those that have volunteered their time to time keep tomorrow at swimming sports. Unfortunately, we are still short and really need more help in order for the swimming to go ahead. We need a minimum of 12 per age group. We need 6 more for the 11 & 12 year olds, 2 for the 10 year olds and 2 for the 7,8 & 9 year olds.
Please email phopkins@greytown.school.nz asap if you can spare a couple of hours.
Thanks in advance
Please find attached the Learning Conference Booking Information.
Please read the attached newsletter to see changes and postponements to Swimming events this week.
Hi parents and wider whanau.
Attached is the information about what Level 2 will look like at our school this week.
Please note there will be postponements and changes made to larger swimming events that will affect parents attending.
Further detailed information about what these are and these events will come out tomorrow.
Hi everyone
We had a fantastic day and everything went very smoothly. A big thank you to everyone’s hard work, your great kids, organised staff and all our adult volunteers. The kids are now back to school thanks to the team at Tranzit.
Today is Wings Over Wairarapa Big School Day and we are excited!
Remember:
We need all children to be at school at 8.30 am this morning.
as the buses will be leaving at 8.40 am and we will need to do roll calls and organise them on to buses.
Late arrivals will miss the bus and parents will have to organise their own way there.
YOUR CHILD WILL NEED
school uniform
a sunhat (It is going to be 26 degrees)
Sunscreen (please put some on in the morning and we will remind children to reapply during the day)
Comfortable walking shoes (as we walk a lot!)
Bring enough food (morning tea and lunch)
Water bottle.
School Bag to carry them in clearly named, but not too heavy.
ARRIVING BACK AT SCHOOL (please note these are approximate times for ).
Years 0-4 (Kōwhai and Kawaka Syndicates) will leave the Aerodrome at 12:05 and return to school for a 3 pm finish as usual. They will go to their classrooms as per usual when they arrive back at school to finish the day.
Years 5-8 (Kahikatea and Kauri Syndicates) will try their best to leave the Aerodrome at 2.15 pm and return to school. Hopefully, they will arrive by 3 pm. They will go to their classrooms as per usual when they arrive back at school to finish the day.
Any updates with changes will be posted on Facebook and School App.
Hi everyone
The Riversdale bus is driving through Masterton and will be here at 4pm.
Hi parents
The bus is leaving Masterton now so they are approximately 15 minutes away.
Thanks
